In phonics we have been listening to different noises that animals make. We began with looking at farm animals, singing 'Old Macdonald Had a Farm'. We then looked at animal noises from pets at home, we completed a quiz to guess which animal was making the sound. We also used our senses to go on a safari trip, we closed our eyes listened to the audio and identified the different animal noises.
We had lots of fun engaging in a range of activities, finishing with 'Whats in the Box?' to consolidate our learning.
