What a busy week we have had in Duck class. It has been a perfect end to a busy half term and I am so proud of everyone. We have had lots of laughs and happy memories this term and I am already looking forward to next year with you all. I would just like to thank everyone for your continued support, all of the cards and Christmas gifts you have brought in for the children and staff.
As you know, this week we performed our Christmas Nativity. The children were amazing, KS1, KS2 and teachers in the school loved watching them and we were so impressed with all of the lines they have learnt, all of the songs and how well they performed.
I hope you enjoyed watching our performance, it was lovely to have you in school and to see all of the hard work your children have been putting in. Thank you for the costumes and support.
We have enjoyed making Christmas cards this week for our families and learnt that this is a special way people can celebrate Christmas. We decorated it ourselves and wrote inside. We hope you like them.
We made a 2022 calendar for us to have at home! We discussed the four seasons in the year and decorated a tree to represent its changing state throughout the seasons.
We have also took part in lots of Christmas activities! Take a look at some of the fun learning we have done this week!
It has been a brilliant year with the children and I hope you all have a well deserved break. If you are celebrating Christmas I hope you have a wonderful time.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I will see you all soonsmiley
