Features of a book

This week we have been reading one of our treasure stories ‘What About Me’. We listened to the story and took part in extended discussions about the characters and key events in the story. 
To begin with we discussed the two features of a book we have been focusing on - the title and illustrations. The children are beginning to have a good understanding of these features and are able to identify and discuss them.
